1. Privacy Policy

Newen Energy ("we", "us") collects the information you submit through our inquiry forms, newsletter and email: your name, company, country, email address, phone number, message content and any file you attach. We use it solely to answer your request, prepare quotations, arrange samples and follow up on orders.

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with the logistics, certification and payment partners required to fulfil an order, and is retained for as long as the business relationship lasts. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We comply with the GDPR for EU customers and equivalent regulations in the markets we serve.

2. Terms of Service

Product descriptions, specifications, certificates and images on this website are provided for reference. Final specifications are confirmed in the proforma invoice and the sales contract. Prices shown, where present, are indicative retail references in USD and exclude freight, insurance, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Orders are confirmed by a signed proforma invoice and a deposit. Lead times are estimates from the date of deposit and depend on production scheduling and component availability. Unauthorised use of our brand, product photos or technical documents is prohibited.

3. Cookie Notice

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A minimal browser storage entry is used to remember the language you choose (English, Spanish or Arabic) and, if you submit an inquiry, to keep a reference copy of it on your own device. Clearing your browser storage removes this data.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Portable power stations contain lithium batteries and are shipped as UN38.3-tested dangerous goods class 9. We provide the MSDS, UN38.3 test reports, sea/air transport certification and the battery shipping mark with every consignment.

Incoterms: FOB Shenzhen / Ningbo, CIF and DAP available on request.
Sea freight: 25–40 days to EU / Middle East / Southeast Asia ports after departure.
Air and express: 5–12 days for samples, subject to airline battery restrictions.
Packing: individual retail carton, 2 units per export master carton, palletised for sea freight.

5. Warranty Policy

24-month limited warranty on the main unit from the date of shipment.
Battery capacity is warranted to remain above 80% of rated capacity for 3,000 charge cycles under normal use.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It excludes physical damage, water ingress, unauthorised repair, and use outside the specified temperature range.
Spare parts and replacement BMS / inverter modules are available for 5 years after end of production.
Claims are processed within 48 hours; replacement units are shipped with your next order or by express at our discretion.
