Cells are capacity-graded and internal-resistance tested. Every pack runs a full charge / discharge cycle and the BMS protection points are verified before release.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Every batch is opened, tested and photographed before it is packed for export — you approve the goods, not the promise.
What we check
We do not ship on trust. Before dispatch, our inspector pulls units from the finished batch, runs the checks below and sends you a photo report with the batch serial numbers, so you can approve what actually ships.
Output & Charging
AC output, waveform, DC ports, USB protocols and every charging input are measured against the agreed specification sheet.
Finish & Packing
Appearance, ports, labels and accessories are checked, then the unit is re-packed with its foam set and export carton marks.

- Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, TÜV) can be arranged at your cost
